By accessing or using Chameleon Games (the “Site”) at chameleon-games.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. The Site Is Free

Chameleon Games is provided free of charge. We don’t ask for payment, subscriptions, or donations (yet). If that changes, we’ll give plenty of notice on this page.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to download content en masse without permission
• Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Site
• Republish or commercially exploit Site content without written permission

3. No Account Required

You do not need to register an account to use the Site. If we add accounts in the future, additional terms may apply to account holders.

4. Third-Party Games & Content

The games on Chameleon Games are embedded from third-party providers (e.g. CrazyGames). We do not develop, own, or operate these games. They are governed by their own developers’ terms and licenses.

We select games carefully, but we cannot guarantee:

• That a particular game will remain available forever
• That a game will work on every device or browser
• That third-party content is error-free or non-offensive

If you spot a problem with a game, please let us know and we’ll look into it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site’s branding, logo, layout, code, and original written content are owned by Chameleon Games. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Individual games remain the property of their respective developers. See our DMCA page for takedown requests.

6. Advertising

At launch, the Site itself displays minimal advertising. Third-party games may show their own ads inside the iframe — we don’t control these. If we add more advertising to the Site in the future, we’ll mark it clearly and keep it non-intrusive.
